Head of Group FP&A

Overview

We are working with a very popular, Solihull based, hospitality client of ours who are looking to appoint a Head of Group FP&A.

If you are a qualified Accountant who enjoys all of “the best bits” of FP&A and would describe yourself as charismatic, influential and dynamic, then this opportunity is truly unmissable!

As Head of Group FP&A you will guide and develop a high-performing team while liaising with Senior Stakeholders at group level, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the organisation. As a strong leader and a confident communicator you will effectively drive financial performance.

This is the role that will allow you to get your hands dirty with complex analytics and the creation of robust financial models, as well as exercise your critical thinking while you dig through compound problems. But it will also allow you apply your natural “front footed energy” by utilizing that information, thinking and actioning strategically.

What is required?

• Have experience in a FP&A focused role at group level within a large, fast paced business and possess a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• You will be a confident and supportive leader with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrate clear qualities of drive, a proactive nature and possess a high, palpable energy.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
