Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a rapidly scaling private equity backed manufacturing business who are seeking an Interim Head of FP&A to lead the centralisation and optimisation of its FP&A function. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic organisation that is undergoing significant growth, operational transformation and strategic investment.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will take full ownership of the FP&A agenda working to harmonise processes, build group-level insight and enhance the quality and speed of financial reporting and forecasting. You will act as the key business partner to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decision making and supporting the business through its next stage of growth.
Ideally, you will;
- Showcase proven FP&A leadership experience within a private equity, manufacturing or similarly fast paced environment.
- Have success in centralising or transforming FP&A functions whilst using strong financial modelling and analytical capability with a commercial mindset.
- Be hands on and adaptable, comfortable operating in an evolving and entrepreneurial environment.
- Hold excellent communication skills and be able to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
