Head of FP&A

We’re working with a dynamic global group that’s growing and evolving across multiple business units. They’re looking for a senior finance professional who can step in and make an impact – someone comfortable working across different teams, translating numbers into insight, and influencing decisions at both operational and strategic levels.

This is a hands-on, visible role for someone who enjoys working directly with business leaders to understand performance, spot opportunities, and help shape how the business runs. You’ll be involved in everything from reviewing results and analysing margin drivers, to supporting key projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, processes, and commercial performance.

It’s a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and is confident working with both finance colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business. There’s real scope here to influence how the group operates, share best practice across units, and contribute to initiatives that drive long-term growth.

This role is hands-on, strategic, and influential, offering a chance to make a real difference across a complex, multi-unit business.

About You

You are a finance professional with broad commercial experience, comfortable working in complex organisations and across multiple business units. You bring:

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments, with a strong understanding of operational and commercial finance within these settings.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insight into action.

• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and guiding operational decisions.

• A practical approach to improving processes, financial controls, and reporting.

• Confidence and curiosity to challenge the status quo and make a real impact.
