Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a well-established, international organisation who are seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting Manager to support the finance function during a busy and critical period.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role will take ownership of the Group’s statutory reporting, consolidation and audit processes across a complex, multi entity and multi currency environment. You will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including manufacturing and operational divisions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the Group year end close, ensuring accurate consolidation and acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors. You will also support the implementation and development of the Group consolidation system.

Ideally, you will:

  • Be a fully qualified ACA accountant (ACCA also considered).
  • Have strong technical accounting experience, particularly under FRS 102.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in group financial reporting, consolidation and audit management within a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Have exposure to multi-currency reporting within an international group.
  • Have experience using a group consolidation system such as OneStream or Hyperion.
