Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a large, complex, asset heavy Group business with their search for a senior interim to join the team and support their Senior Leadership Team during an exciting time of change.
This is a highly technical and commercial role, ideally suited to a strong accountant with proven experience managing high value fixed assets and capital expenditure within a complex environment.
Working closely with the SLT and group, you will take ownership of capital accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and financial control across a large, intricate asset base include preparing performance assessments and analytical reports and ensuring compliance.
The position also supports third-party performance audits and will require effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, you will:
- Have demonstrable experience in a Capital Accountant or similar role within an asset-heavy organisation and will be confident managing large asset portfolios and complex capital projects.
- Have experience partnering with senior leadership at group level in an asset heavy environment.
- Possess strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in an interim, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
