With 1 day a week in the office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is ambitious, commercially minded and ready to get stuck into a role that will give you real responsibility, hands-on experience and a clear path for progression.

You’ll join an established finance team where you’ll work alongside experienced Accountants and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting processes. From reconciliations and journals through to month-end, and financial reporting, you’ll develop your technical knowledge while gaining a real understanding of how Finance supports the wider business.

As your confidence grows, so will your responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of your own areas and progress towards a more senior accounting position. Whether you’re looking to study towards ACCA, CIMA or another professional qualification, you’ll have the support and development needed to build a long-term career.

Skills Required

• A recent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a genuine ambition to build a career within accountancy.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work confidently with financial information.
• A proactive and curious approach, with the confidence to ask questions, learn quickly and take on new challenges.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
• Ambition to continue learning, take on responsibility and progress your career within Finance.
