FP&A Manager

A dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation in the facilities services sector is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across its UK operations.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance you will be a key business partner to senior leadership, driving performance insight and supporting strategic decision-making. You will create long term planning for the business assisting/leading forecasting and budgeting models.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

• Producing detailed financial models and scenario analyses.

• Providing actionable insights on profitability, contract performance, and cost efficiency.

• Partnering with operations teams to improve margins and commercial performance.

• Supporting group reporting and investment analysis for new contracts and tenders.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.

• Experience in a multi-site or contract-based environment such as hospitality, or facilities management.

• Confident communicator able to challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders.
