FP&A Analyst

Overview

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services business, who are looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to support their growing client finance function. This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant who enjoys budgeting, forecasting, and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders in a structured, supportive environment.

Working as part of the FP&A team, you’ll support the preparation of internal budgets and forecasts, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reconciliations, reporting, and query resolution. You’ll liaise regularly with surveyors, clients, and internal teams, helping to ensure financial information is accurate, well-presented, and delivered in line with agreed service levels. Alongside the core finance responsibilities, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements.

Skills Needed

• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, or financial reporting.
• Be actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong Excel skills and a methodical, detail-focused approach.
• Be looking to progress within your work and undertake more responsibility as you grow.
