Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a rapidly scaling, private equity backed manufacturing business who are seeking an Interim Senior FP&A Analyst to support the centralisation and improvement of the FP&A function. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role within a fast-paced organisation going through major operational and strategic change.
Working closely with the CFO and Head of FP&A, you will help strengthen the group’s reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. Your work will directly contribute to building clearer financial visibility and supporting the business through its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the centralisation of FP&A processes across multiple sites and business units.
- Produce accurate and insightful monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Build and enhance financial models, KPI dashboards and performance analysis.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand drivers of performance.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in improving processes, tools, and reporting frameworks as the FP&A function develops.
Ideally, you will:
- Bring strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with great attention to detail, ideally gained from previous experience gained in FP&A.
- Have experience in a private equity, manufacturing, or fast-moving environment (desirable).
- Be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with large data sets and evolving processes.
- Possess strong communication skills, able to translate data into meaningful insight.
