We are partnering with a dynamic, multi-entity services group operating across multiple sites and jurisdictions to appoint a technically strong and commercially aware Financial Reporting Manager.
This is a high-profile role within a complex consolidation environment, offering exposure to senior leadership, international reporting cycles, and the opportunity to shape and strengthen financial reporting across the group.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of group financial reporting, consolidation and statutory compliance, ensuring robust controls, technical accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, recently qualified (or post-qualified) ACA accountant currently in industry – or looking to make their second move from practice – who wants to step into a broad, visible position with genuine progression potential.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly and quarterly group consolidation process across multiple entities and sites

Prepare consolidated statutory accounts under UK GAAP (IFRS exposure advantageous)

Manage and coordinate the year-end audit process, acting as key contact for external auditors

Oversee balance sheet integrity, intercompany reconciliations and technical accounting matters

Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls and systems

Support board and senior leadership reporting with high-quality financial insight

Partner with operational finance teams to ensure consistent group-wide reporting standards
About You

ACA qualified (essential)

Strong technical grounding in financial reporting and consolidation

Industry experience within a multi-entity, multi-site environment

Experience managing audits and dealing with complex group structures

Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
