Financial Reporting Manager

A well-established, privately owned UK group with a multi-entity structure is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join its finance leadership team. This is a high-profile role within a complex and fast-paced business, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of group financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting

• Preparation and review of statutory accounts under UK GAAP

• Managing complex group consolidations, including multiple entities and intercompany activity

• Acting as the technical accounting lead within the business

• Liaising with external auditors and advisors

• Supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls

• Providing clear, insightful financial information to senior stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA qualified (or equivalent), trained in practice, now operating in industry

• Strong experience within a complex group structure

• Proven background in statutory reporting and consolidations

• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail

• Confident working in a dynamic, commercial environment

• Strong communicator, comfortable partnering with senior management
