A leading manufacturing business is seeking an Interim Finance Controller / Finance Director to provide immediate financial leadership and stability during a period of change. What you’ll do:

Deliver clear, actionable financial insight to support both operational and strategic decision-making.

Maintain robust financial controls and ensure accurate, timely reporting across the business.

Lead key projects to improve systems, processes, and financial efficiency, including ERP and reporting enhancements.

Provide guidance on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, helping the business plan and grow with confidence.

Optimise policies, procedures, and supplier arrangements to reduce risk and drive efficiencies.

Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
What we’re looking for:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in manufacturing or complex operational businesses.

A strong commercial thinker, able to provide insight and influence senior decision-makers.

Hands-on, proactive, and capable of quickly assessing, stabilising, and improving finance operations.

Experienced in financial control, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
