An acquisitive company is searching for a Financial Controller to contribute to their continuous growth and is excited about future progression opportunities. The successful Financial Controller will have an innovative mindset to implement and develop financial processes that can improve planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting. This role is perfect for someone who is a natural leader and wants to take on responsibilities of contributing to the Groups financial decisions. Leadership skills will be key to manage all areas of financial systems to ensure efficiency and robustness of policies and procedures. Communication skills will be used to report to the Financial Director and senior team to assist financial planning through presenting financial information, including added commentary, to the board.

Ideally, you will:

  • Have exceptional communication skills to collaborate across all levels of the company both over the phone or face to face.
  • Qualifications in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field alongside several years of experience in a financial role.
  • Have strong computer skills and knowledge on data privacy standards.
  • Have strong leadership skills to lead and manage developments of financial operations and drive business activity across the Group.
