As they scale, they are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Financial Controller to take ownership of their finance function and support the next phase of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and reporting
• Strengthen financial governance, control, and regulatory compliance
• Improve cross-functional collaboration between finance and operations
• Identify business opportunities to drive further growth

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong background in financial leadership within manufacturing or SME environments
• Experience in systems implementation and process improvement
• A hands-on, commercially focused approach with a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
