Financial Controller

Overview

I am delighted to be leading the search for a Financial Controller on behalf of an established and rapidly growing FMCG organisation.

Having achieved significant organic growth, this business is now looking to strengthen its finance team with a highly skilled Financial Controller who can drive both operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

This dynamic role combines overseeing the day-to-day financial operations with providing commercial insights to influence key business decisions. You’ll take ownership of management accounts, financial accounting, and lead the audit process.

We’re seeking a candidate who excels at developing and mentoring their team, with the potential to expand the function further. The ideal individual will thrive in a hands-on role, tackling complex challenges related to stock and supply chain while ensuring robust financial controls.

What is Required;

• Qualified by ACCA/ACA/CIMA. Ideally with at least three years post qualified experience.
• Ideally you will have experience within an FMCG/Retail organisation. Experience within manufacturing and property would also be beneficial.
• Have the confidence to perform as number one in finance.
