Overview

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to get on board with a business during an exciting period of transformation and change. The role is working for a prestige business in central London (Pall Mall), reporting directly to Directors of the business and board. This role gives the right candidate excellent exposure to all areas of finance and senior leaders within a 4 million turnover business.

 

You will work closely with the Board of this company who is ideally looking for someone who is a people person and strives for quality service, looking to take on the challenge of a steep but rewarding learning curve, add a commercial outlook to what can be done in the future to ensure further success and provide an excellent experience to members.

Skills required

  • Be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, ideally with a good amount of experience within both management and statutory accounts.
  • Be a technically strong Accountant with the ability to work on your own to meet tight deadlines and report directly to the Board and Company Secretary.
  • Have a commercial outlook on things, being able to highlight ways to streamline procedures and the business in general.
  • Be a confident communicator and be able to present to board members, and provide detailed analysis to members.
