Finance Manager (Ref: DW)

Mitchell Adam are currently seeking an enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our growing manufacturing Client, based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be joining a large and reputable business, with a view to manage a small team and support day-to-day financial operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will enjoy communicating with senior stakeholders, and have prior experience within a manufacturing environment. The successful applicant will find themselves in a rewarding and impactful position from day one, and progress as they become exposed to niche sector expertise under a qualified Financial Director.

Day to day you will assist in managing the financial reporting process, including preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and other financial reports, such as costing and fixed assets. You will challenge the status quo, developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. You will grow, managing a small team and provide financial support to them and business partners, including sales, operations, and supply chain.
