Finance Manager

This is a varied and highly visible role that offers far more than just month-end reporting. You’ll oversee the day-to-day finance function, produce meaningful management information, drive budgeting and forecasting, and work with operational stakeholders across multiple sites to improve performance. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify process improvements, enhance financial controls and contribute to ongoing commercial projects as the business continues to grow. It’s an ideal position for someone who enjoys balancing technical accounting with commercial involvement in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you will:

• Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Have previous experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant position.
• Enjoy working in a broad, hands-on role with exposure across all aspects of finance.
• Have strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Be confident partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ideally have experience within a multi-site or service-based environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
