Finance Manager

Location: West Yorkshire (commutable from Huddersfield, Bradford, Dewsbury, Leeds outskirts)
Sector: Multi-site / Consumer & Operational Services

An exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing West Yorkshire business. This role is well suited to a practice-trained accountant ready to step into industry with people management responsibility.

The Role

• Ownership of the month-end close and management accounts

• Leading and developing a finance team of three

• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

• Acting as a key finance contact for senior and non-finance stakeholders

• Strengthening financial controls and improving processes

• Supporting year-end and audit requirements

About You

ACA / ACCA qualified

• Strong audit background within practice

• Ready to make a first or early move into industry

• Confident managing and developing junior team members

• Commercially curious with a hands-on approach
