Overview
Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing Consulting business, as they look to appoint an experienced and ambitious Finance/Bookkeeping Manager to take full ownership of their finance function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy, managing the day-to-day bookkeeping while stepping up to produce full month-end management accounts and provide valuable insight to senior leadership.
Working closely with an impressive FD and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the go-to person for all things finance. From managing ledgers, reconciliations and VAT submissions, to preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts, you’ll ensure the numbers tell the story of the business. With the company continuing to expand, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape processes and play a key part in their growth journey.
Skills Needed

Solid experience across bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts (and be part-qualified).

A confident communicator with the ability to work closely with senior leaders.

Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge.

Able to wear multiple hats and be flexible within the business.
