Finance Manager

Are you a newly qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) looking to take the next big step in your career? Our client, a fast-growing logistics and distribution business based in Nuneaton, is seeking a highly ambitious Finance Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving commercial performance.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day financial management while contributing to strategic decision-making that supports the company’s continued growth. You’ll be hands-on in managing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and supporting operational teams with commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review month-end management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge performance.
• Support strategic projects, pricing models, and profitability analysis.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reporting.
• Continually improve financial processes and controls.

About You:

• Newly qualified or close to completing your qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven experience within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment (logistics or similar preferred).
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to make an impact in a growing business.
