Mitchell Adam are proud to be working with a rapidly growing Consulting business who are looking for a confident and capable Finance & Office Manager to take ownership of their finance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to manage everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to month-end reporting – while playing an integral role in shaping how the business runs.
You’ll be the heartbeat of a small but ambitious team, responsible for ensuring the accounts are accurate, insightful and ready to inform key decisions. From managing ledgers and completing reconciliations to producing management accounts and cashflow updates, you’ll have full visibility across the business. You’ll also lend a hand with a few operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly, but your main focus will be driving the finance function forward and adding real value.
Skills Needed

Strong experience in bookkeeping and producing management accounts (QBE, AAT or part-qualified).

A proactive, hands-on attitude with the confidence to work independently.

Excellent attention to detail and solid Excel knowledge.

Comfortable managing a varied workload and contributing beyond pure finance.
