The Role

You’ll take ownership of key financial processes across multiple European entities, including management accounts, statutory reporting and consolidations, while also playing a strategic role in budgeting, forecasting and board reporting. This is a role with variety, visibility, and the opportunity to influence at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on month-end closure and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis.

• Manage VAT returns, corporation tax submissions and GAAP reconciliations.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.

• Contribute to year-end consolidation and statutory reporting.

• Liaise with auditors and advisors to maintain compliance standards.

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function.

• Mentor junior finance team members, leading by example.

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified

• Strong technical skills in statutory reporting, consolidations and tax.

• Excellent Excel and financial modelling ability.

• Confident communicator with the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders.

• Proactive, analytical, and motivated by process improvement.
