Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Finance Manager. A Global Professional Services business are looking to expand their team out, and bring in a new manager! You will be an integral part of an ever-growing finance team!

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing a sizeable team, including delivering 1-2-1s and setting up targets for the team. You will be challenged to streamline processes and improve systems. You will also liaise with Management Accountants and Business Partners, assisting with queries risen and providing month-end reports. The successful candidates with have experience from both sides of the ledger and the ability to get stuck into the team and work!

Skills required

• Practical experience from both sides of the ledger including knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and elements from Accounts Receivable.
• Proven experience of key achievements including streamlining processes, or implementation of new systems.
• Have the ability to not be afraid to get stuck in. Not only will you be the point of escalation, but also have involvement in the day-to-day operations.
• Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Be an ambitious and hard-working individual, who is looking to further their career and gain valuable knowledge from experts within the field.
