A leading UK wholesale businesses that is renowned for its innovative way of working coupled with solid traditional values is planning to grow considerably over the next 12 months. After a business restructure there are a number of key positions they need to recruit for, however the most pressing is for a Finance Manager. Taking charge of an established team your role will be split between providing support to the existing team and also working very closely with the senior management on the commercial business planning and analysis. Initially the role will commence on an interim basis and last for at least six months while they assess the viability of their longer-term plans.

Ideally you will be:

  • Vastly experienced in the management and mentoring of a team, as well as being able to deliver results in a performance based business
  • A commercial thinker who will want to make changes and that can demonstrate their ability to improve performance
  • Ambitious and keen to progress the experience is business that is undertaking a transition project
  • Someone who has a solid understanding of all aspects of monthly accounting and performance reporting
