Finance Manager

Mitchell Adam are seeking a highly capable and motivated Finance Manager to join a growing SME initially on an interim basis in a pivotal role working directly with the Managing Director. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-rounded position that blends hands-on financial control with strategic input at the highest level.

This is a number one in finance role, ideally suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic SME environment and is comfortable operating at both a granular and strategic level. You will be responsible for the end-to-end finance function, from managing daily transactional activities to partnering with the MD on business performance, forecasting, and growth planning.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a qualified or QBE Accountant with proven experience working in a SME setting and comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working at a transactional level when needed.
• Have strong autonomy and the confidence to work independently as well as partnering with senior leadership.
• Be commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
