Overview

Mitchell Adam are pleased to be partnering again with a well-established manufacturing business in Kingswinford, Dudley. As a specialist in designing and producing a niche, historically rooted product, this company has built a strong reputation in its field. They are now looking for a Finance Manager to join their team on a 30-hour-per-week basis, taking ownership of day-to-day financial operations.

This position offers a varied workload, from preparing cash flow reports and management accounts to assisting with budgeting and forecasting and leading a small finance team of two. While experience in manufacturing would be an advantage, particularly with stock and costing processes, it’s not essential.

Skills Needed

  • AAT Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience – someone confident in stepping into the role.
  • Looking for a flexible 30-hour workweek, making it ideal for parents or those with other commitments.
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable, but a solid understanding of stock and costing would be a plus.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders and being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
