Finance Manager

This established manufacturing SME based in Tamworth is seeking a Finance Manager to take charge of the financial operations for its growing site.

As the lead finance professional on site, you will oversee a small team of three and deliver a comprehensive accounting service, including the preparation of management accounts, variance analysis, financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls. You will also review the month-end close process and produce insightful management and KPI reports. With a strong focus on adding value, you will leverage your analysis to drive continuous performance improvements across the site.

A key aspect of the role involves partnering with operational staff, explaining variances, and educating them on addressing underlying issues. Your ability to translate financial data into actionable insights will play a vital role in supporting and improving operational efficiency.
