Overview

Mitchell Adam are working with a widely recognised property business to find them a Finance Manager to join their team in Birmingham City Centre. You will have a team reporting into you which you will support and you will present results/data to the Financial Director.

You will have fantastic exposure opportunities in this role and will liaise with various stakeholders. This is a role where you will be completing a lot of transactional duties/supervisory tasks due to the individuals and department that you will be managing.

What you will need

  • To be a Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA)/QBE who has good organisational skills.
  • To have people management experience in previous roles is vital due to the nature of this role.
  • To have experience/ a background in the property sector is advantageous, as well as being strong on MS Excel (pivots, vlookups).
  • To be a strong communicator due to the range of financial and non-financial stakeholders as you will be required to speak with.
