Overview

An award winning legal services business is currently on the lookout for a skilled and personable Finance Manager to come and join their fantastic team in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a similar sector and have both managerial experience and either billing or legal cashiering. This successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have a personable and out-going personality and be able to supervise a small ambitious team.

This role is an exciting and interesting opportunity that will enable you enhance your career in this fast-paced industry and be able to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the business and externally.

Skills required

  • Have managed or supervised more junior members of staff and be able to multitask your work alongside the teams.
  • Have experience in either billing or cashiering in a similar finance function.
  • Be able to identify and understand the needs of multiple clients and be able to communicate effectively.
  • Ensure month-end and weekly billing is completed in a fast-paced tight deadline environment.
