Overview

Our client, located in Birmingham City Centre, are actively looking to bring in a new Finance and Data Administrator to join their, Facilities Management team. This role will require a number of high volume Administrators to join their expanding team, off the back of securing a new, lucrative contract. The new employee will be required to act quickly on behalf of site managers to coordinate new and current works in progress and the financial documentation attached to these.

Skills required

  • Have had a recent basic DBS check completed. (We can conduct this process if you have not)
  • Have prior experience working in a high volume administration, or a logistical planning role.
  • Be a confident communicator, who works well in a team environment.
  • Hold strong prioritisation skills, capable of reacting quickly, to change.
