Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to key operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with budget holders to develop forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Identify risks and opportunities to drive business performance.
- Support month-end processes and provide variance analysis.
- Contribute to business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario modelling.
Ideal Candidate:
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
