Finance Business Partner

Overview

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a multi-site services organisation based in Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a part-qualified Finance Business Partner to support financial performance across a number of operational sites. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a genuinely forward-facing role, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive understanding and performance.

Acting as a key link between finance and operations, you will take ownership of producing and delivering financial packs for individual sites, providing clear insight into performance, trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with site leaders, supporting them in understanding their numbers, challenging where needed, and helping to inform decision-making.

While you will support the production of monthly management accounts, the focus of the role is on interpreting financial information and partnering with non-finance stakeholders. This is a role centred around visibility, communication and impact, offering a clear pathway into a fully-fledged Finance Business Partner position.

Skills Needed

• Experience supporting management accounts with a strong understanding of P&L performance
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present data clearly
• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with a clear interest in business partnering
