Working closely with operational leaders and budget holders, you’ll play a key role in translating financial information into meaningful insight. You’ll take ownership of management accounts, lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide informed challenge and guidance to support decision-making across the organisation. Skills Needed

• Finalist or newly qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant with a strong grounding in management accounting.

• Proven experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts within a complex organisation.

• Confident stakeholder manager, able to explain financial performance to non-finance colleagues.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, practical commentary.
