You’ll be embedded in the business, not buried in the back office.
You’ll be the person people turn to when they want clarity, challenge, or commercial direction.
You’ll be doing things like:
- Turning data into meaningful insights that shift conversations
- Helping operational teams understand performance-and improve it
- Working on forward-looking plans, budgets, and forecasts that feel like living documents
- Supporting investment decisions and growth initiatives
- Acting as the financial conscience in meetings (nicely… but firmly)
This role has visibility, variety, and the freedom to influence.
The ideal candidate:
- Knows their way around the numbers but is more interested in the story they tell
- Gets energy from being part of the business, not adjacent to it
- Is confident engaging with people at all levels
- Is commercially sharp, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
- Wants a role that’s more “partner” than “processor”
Because we’re on a journey-and we don’t pretend it’s perfect.
There are things to improve. Systems to strengthen. Ideas to test.
