We’re supporting a data-rich, high-performing organisation that’s looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding finance team. This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who enjoys using data and insight to drive meaningful change across a growing business.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll act as a genuine commercial partner to the wider leadership team – helping to translate complex business activity into clear financial insight and supporting better decision-making.

-
Budget control, variance analysis and reforecasting
-
Consolidating insights from across the business

Supporting budget holders and driving accountability
The remaining 80% is more fluid and commercially driven:

Deep-diving into operational data and KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement
-
Supporting product development and customer lifetime value analysis
-
Helping shape and evolve performance metrics as the business continues to grow
-
Partnering with operational and commercial teams to influence strategic decisions
You’ll have the opportunity to own and improve financial models, contribute to transformational projects, and play a key role in how finance adds value across the business.
About You:
-
Qualified or finalist accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
-
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
-
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-led environment
