The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a key strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, helping drive performance, profitability, and efficiency across the business. You’ll provide insightful financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and support data-led decision making as the company scales both in-store and online.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to deliver financial insight and guidance

• Preparing and presenting monthly performance reports and forecasts

• Building financial models to support investment and growth initiatives

• Driving margin improvement and cost optimisation across the business

• Supporting budgeting, planning, and long-term strategic decision making

About You

You’re not just a numbers person – you’re a business partner. You bring commercial curiosity, strong communication skills, and the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.

We’re looking for:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer goods

• Strong analytical and Excel / modelling skills

• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
