An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing, multi-service compliance business headquartered in Leicester. Backed by private equity and growing rapidly through both organic expansion and acquisition, the company delivers essential needs across the UK.
This is a newly created role within a developing finance function, designed to strengthen financial insight, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making.
As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key link between finance and operations, providing commercial analysis, financial planning, and strategic support to senior leaders. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with a strong FP&A focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for key business areas
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, dashboards, and KPI reporting for management
- Partner with operational teams to translate business goals into actionable financial plans
- Support investment appraisals, M&A integration, and strategic scenario modelling
- Monitor performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Drive consistency and best practice across FP&A and management reporting
About you
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Strong FP&A and business partnering experience within a dynamic services or technical environment
- Excellent analytical, modelling, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially astute, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
