You’ll be at the centre of performance insight, partnering closely with operational and commercial teams to drive smart, data-led decisions. From leading month-end processes to evaluating major business initiatives, your financial expertise will shape strategic direction and fuel sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Own month-end and weekly reporting processes, with clear variance analysis.
  • Lead budgeting and reforecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide insight into cost performance and drive accountability across departments.
  • Evaluate and advise on the commercial impact of new initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to finance transformation and promote continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role or management accounting role.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
  • Collaborative mindset and able to work across functions with influence.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, changing environments with a proactive, growth-oriented approach.
