This organisation are one of the largest in their industry and regularly win awards and recognition for their work style, values and culture. They are looking to bring on a talented and confident Finance Business Partner into their team, they have newly renovated their offices and provide easy accessibility due to their free on-site car park.

This organisation are seeking to bring on a Finance Business Partner due to the impressive growth of their team in recent years, there has been some healthy expansion that has come to fruition and they are looking to bring on a talented individual to join and help promote growth and success for the organisation. In this role there are some fantastic benefits such as a generous study support package as well as the options to work in a flexible hybrid style. In this position, you will be interacting regularly with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Senior Management and helping resolve financial queries. You will be assisting with creating budgets and forecasts and looking to unique ways to solve complex challenges. Alongside this regular interaction with stakeholders, you will be completing management account packs for senior management and completing month end tasks such as accruals, prepayments and variance analysis. They are looking for a candidate who comes across fantastically as the business partnering aspect is a crucial factor in this position.

Skills Required

  • To have an excellent style of communication, in this role you will be interacting with senior stakeholders, you will be relying on your communication skills in order to resolve queries and tackle tough conversations.
  • Experience interacting with senior management such as Directors and Management, in this role interacting with directors will be commonplace, it is key to be able to understand how to communicate effectively to these individuals.
  • To have experience completing management account responsibilities such as producing management packs and providing commentary on findings, whilst also completing month end responsibilities such as accruals, prepayments and variance analysis.
  • To be confident and charismatic, it is important to come across well and to be self-assured in your own work, to be able to communicate well and represent the organisation is an essential skill for this role.
