Finance Assistant (Part-time)

Our award winning a reputable client is currently on the search for a part-time Finance Assistant to come in and support their team through an exciting period of growth. This is the perfect opportunity to kick your new year off in a new and exciting role.

The successful candidate for this role will need fantastic interpersonal roles allowing you to liaise with senior stakeholders of the business and confidently communicate with the team. In this role you will take on duties such as administering the purchase and sales ledger, processing payments, completing monthly reconciliations and providing assistance to the rest of the team.

Skills required:

• Have prior experience in a finance assistant role or similar allowing you to join the team and hit the ground running.
• Be an intermediate user of MS Dynamics allowing you to get stuck in and support the team.
• Be proactive, motivated, and collaborative, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
• Have excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
