Finance Assistant

Working closely with the senior team, you will play an important part in supporting day-to-day transactional finance ensuring smooth running of financial operations.

The successful candidate for this role will require exceptional interpersonal skills allowing you liaise with high profile stakeholders both internally and externally as well as the wider finance function as this role will give you exposure to both purchase and sales ledger. In this role, you will be tasked with duties such as; assisting with sales and purchase ledger activities, processing invoices, payment runs, maintain accurate financial records, assisting with month end processes, supporting reconciliations as well as efficiently liaising with internal teams to resolve queries in a timely manner.

Skills required:

• A strong background within either purchase or sales ledger allowing you to join the business and hit the ground running.
• An exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A confident character with strong communicative skills and a proactive mindset allowing you to make an impact from day one.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
