Finance Assistant

As part of a supportive team of finance professionals, you will take ownership of the purchase ledger while assisting with management accounts. You will be responsible for data entry, accurately inputting financial data into accounting software and maintaining organised financial records. You will assist with processing invoices, payments, expense claims, supplier payment runs, and payroll administration. The role also involves reconciling accounts, supporting audits and compliance checks, preparing financial reports, liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments, and contributing to improving financial procedures and workflows. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail is essential.

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience covering purchase ledger or general transnational finance processes
• A willingness to learn and develop further exposure within management accounts
