This is a well-established SME business that has a regular and loyal client base based in Coventry. Due to a successful financial period this company is looking to further expand and require a Finance Assistant to pursue the growth.

They need someone to ensure that daily responsibilities and month end accounts are completed to an impeccable standard. Working closely with team mates and being able to handle and interpret important information will be essential. In this satisfying role you will be given the opportunity to work alongside a steady, close knit finance team.

Ideally you will;

  • Possess confidence and demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to be able to communicate efficiently at all levels
  • Good analytical skills, close attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to respond swiftly to changing circumstances
  • Have previous accountancy experience and an exceptional accountancy background proficient in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Be hard working and reliable to ensure that all monthly duties are completed within a set deadline
