Overview

An exciting job opportunity has become available for a fast growing business that Mitchell Adam are supporting with recruitment. This position is for a Finance Administrator to come in and support the finance team with a range of tasks including invoices, data entry and some administration tasks. What makes this position interesting as it’s a way for someone with previous administration experience to take that next step up into a specialised role and start supporting a manager with a range of projects. This position is supporting one project in particular that is planning to last a minimum of 6 months, meaning this position will be a 6 month temp contract to begin with, however there is a strong chance that this position can go permanent to continue supporting with future projects.

 

This position will involve supporting the finance team with a range of responsibilities, these tasks require someone who is diligent and has strong attention to detail. This role also needs someone who is a strong communicator as you will be required to liaise with a range of internal departments and external clients/suppliers etc. This position is also looking to get started straight away, so please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.

Skills required

  • Have worked in an Administration position previously, making you familiar with the kind of work environment.
  • Be a diligent individual with strong attention to detail to help with a range of tasks.
  • Be a confident, friendly person who is happy to be a face for the company and is comfortable with assisting with customer service responsibilities involved in this role.
  • Be someone that enjoys working in a team and chipping in to help when other members of the team need it as this business is built on team work.
