A long standing client of Mitchell Adam, who specialise within the manufacturing sector, have approached us about an amazing job opportunity they have! They are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their amazing team, located in the Birmingham City Centre. This position is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to get into finance through a training position in this temporary to permanent job!
This position will involve managing the schedules of the team and co-ordinating the diaries for appointments on spreadsheets. Additionally to this, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting the finance team, specifically the Purchase Ledger team with admin responsibilities such as printing invoices. This position will also involve the general administration responsibilities such as monitoring the phone lines and email inbox.
