We have had an incredible opportunity come up for a finance administrator within the credit department of a growing business in Warwick. This role is looking for someone who is eager to take on a finance role and get their foot in the door, the key thing for this role is someone who has had some exposure to finance studies, ideally AAT. The great thing about this role being an entry level position is that the only experience we are needing for this role is customer service skills, this position will involve a lot of resolving finance queries so someone who is confident with liaising with a range of different people within a business is essential.

As mentioned, the ideal person for this role will be someone who has strong customer service skills, ideally this will come from a customer facing role, and if it came from an office-based customer facing role even better! What makes this role really exciting is the potential growth for the right person, this role will be working with a few of the key accounts this business work with and dealing with their finance queries, so you will gain exposure to stakeholder manager which is a really impressive bit of experience. If you are someone who enjoys resolving queries and engaging with different people every day then this could be the role for you!

Skills required

  • Have previous experience within customer service, ideally coming from an office-based environment.
  • Be studying or have recently completed a relevant finance qualification, such as AAT.
  • Be a great communicator and someone who enjoys interacting and liaising with a range of different people on a daily basis.
  • Be someone who is looking for a new challenge, we are wanting someone who is hungry to learn and eager to join an environment which will support you with your growth!
