An amazing opportunity has become available within a really exciting property business based in the Birmingham City Centre for someone who has a little bit of finance experience and is now looking for that next role that they can really grow in! This role will be supporting the Head of Finance with a range of cash flow responsibilities, this will include reconciliations, cash allocation and a range of other cashiering responsibilities. What makes this role even more exciting is the potential for growth for the successful person, this business is really supportive of internal growth and progression.

The ideal person for this role will be someone who has recently been working in a finance position who has roughly 6-12 months experience within finance who is now looking to take on a new challenge. The key experience we are looking for will include reconciliation experience and cash allocation experience, as well as a key eye for detail. Skills required

  • Previous experience within finance, ideally working with reconciliation and cash allocation tasks.
  • Be confident when it comes to using Microsoft excel, this role utilises excel for a range of their tasks so we are needing someone that can wrap their head around excel quickly.
  • Be an exceptional communicator, a large aspect of this role will be investigating unknown transactions and that will involve liaising with a range of people within the business so strong communication skills are really important.
  • Be someone who is looking for a new challenge, we are wanting someone who is hungry to take on a new challenge and eager to join an environment which will support you with your growth!
