Mitchell Adam are excited to announce their new collaboration with an established manufacturing organisation. Our client has recently expanded their operations, and are seeking to add an Experienced Accounts Assistant to their team in Solihull. Their branch has been newly renovated and is accessible by car and public transport, with on free onsite parking available. They are looking for an experienced candidate to arrive into the role on an immediate basis, and hit the ground running.

This organisation is well-respected in their industry, and they are looking for a candidate who has worked in a professional office previously, as they will be representing the organisation when communicating with external stakeholders. In this role, you will be completing duties that cover both sides of the purchase and sales ledger, and as an Experienced Accounts Assistant, you will be expected to be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues in order to deliver a successful performance.

Skills Required

  • To be immediately available is essential in this position.
  • An excellent ability to communicate effectively and professionally, as you will be interacting with senior management and suppliers, this could be in person, via telephone or over email.
  • To have at least one year of experience in an accounting position, ideally in a role where you have experience in either purchase or sales ledger responsibilities.
  • To have worked in a professional environment previously is desired, as you will be representing the organisation in role.
