We are supporting a fast-growing, international organisation in the search for a Transformation AP & AR Manager to play a pivotal role in optimising and modernising their finance operations across Europe. This role is fully remote with quarterly travel to European sites.
This role will oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities across four European legal entities, operating within a complex EMEA environment. The successful candidate will combine strong operational AP/AR expertise with proven experience delivering finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of AP and AR processes across multiple European entities and management of 5 sites and managing a team of 5.

Lead and deliver process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and standardisation

Act as a key finance stakeholder within shared services environments, partnering with offshore/onshore teams

Drive consistency, controls and compliance across EMEA entities

Support change management activities, embedding new ways of working

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, IT and the wider business

Ensure strong governance, KPI reporting and service level management
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience managing AP and AR functions within EMEA

Hands-on experience overseeing multiple legal entities, ideally across Europe

Demonstrated background in finance transformation, process re-engineering or system implementations

Exposure to shared service centre models (design, transition or optimisation)

Strong understanding of European finance operations, controls and compliance

Change-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
