Credit Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Credit Control Team Leader. A Global Professional Services business are looking to expand their team out, and bring in a new, vital team member! You will be an integral part of an ever-growing finance team!

Within this role, you will be responsible for assisting the team with target setting and challenged to streamline processes and improve systems. You will also liaise with Management Accountants and Business Partners, assisting with queries risen and providing month-end reports. The successful candidates with have experience managing client expectations and recovering large debts for clients/companies.

Skills required

• Proven experience of key achievements including streamlining processes, or implementation of new systems.
• Proven experience managing/supervising a team including training new staff members and setting targets.
• Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Have the ability to not be afraid to get stuck in. Not only will you be the point of escalation, but also have involvement in the day-to-day operations.
• Be an ambitious and hard-working individual, who is looking to further their career and gain valuable knowledge from experts within the field.
